Each week we offer a different menu that celebrates the seasonality and variety of local products, from artisanal pasta to meats and vegetables grown in the area. Dinner becomes a special moment, where food becomes a way to connect with the land, while the landscape provides a spectacle that makes every moment even more memorable. Ending the day with a sunset dinner is the perfect way to experience the most authentic side of Sicily, in an atmosphere that blends tradition and natural beauty — where the view and the mood turn every bite into a special moment to share with the ones you love. We offer a different set menu each week, which includes three courses and a dessert, one bottle of wine and one bottle of water for every two people, and a digestif to end the meal.
